Heinrich Theory
In 1931, H.W. Heinrich was the first who view mine accidents in scientific way.
He analysed some 75000 accidents and give conclusion that UNSAFE ACTS of people cause more accidents than UNSAFE CONDITIONS do.

📋 According to his report, 88% of accidents were due to unsafe acts of person, 10% due to unsafe conditions and 2% due to act of nature of god (प्राकृतिक आपदा).
